The powerboat instructor course is a 3 days course with a moderation on day 3. Prior to the course all candidates must attend, and successfully pass this pre-skills assessment day.

This is a 1 day skills assessment mostly focussed around the practical skills required for level 2, but will incorporate opportunities for the trainer to establish candidates background knowledge through questioning.
