Before attending the Dinghy Instructor Course, all candidates must complete a pre-assessment. The pre-assessment is designed to to make sure all candidates can sail to the required standard so that during the Instructors course focus can remain on the instruction.
The pre-assessment typically takes half a day to complete and details of the manoeuvres can be found in the G14 handbook.
